Typical me, typical me, typical me I started something I couldn't Finnish.

Glasses pictures are stacking up in my inbox while I find myself trying to complete what I thought would be quite easy: to do consecutive posts on glasses from each of the Scandinavian countries. But now I'm not too sure.

Here, Sweden's Oscar Magnuson shows off (top-to-bottom) Astrid, Bliss and Ray demonstrating more key trends for the winter. More big styles, more keyhole nose shapes; lovely coloured crystal acetates. 

Yesterday we had Iceland. Last week Norway and Denmark. Only Finland to go ... ???

One year on and another list. This one features four amazing crystal sunglasses for 2010. All in a similar subtle crystal and all getting one thing spot on: the contrast of the lens colour with the shade of the frame.

I've been promising myself, and herewith have started promising you, to use my daily exposure to all things fashion eyewear to string together some tenuous generalisations - fashion journalism style - about the glasses one should be wearing au soleil this year. It's all  in my head and ready to be unleashed anyday now, but for now let's give you a little clue.

These are Oscar Magnuson, the Swedish brand I reported on last month, and these tick two of my trend boxes for 2010. All will be revealed soon.

Oscar Magnuson: 2010 sunglass campaign and handsome Damien specs

Oscar Magnuson has some great new campaign images for its 2010 sunglass collection - which looks terrific.

I love the slight keyhole bridge and the strong rectangular shape.

And below that, Santi, another great shape, in a beautiful transparent colour. Oscar Magnuson will definitely feature again.
