Louis Vuitton sunglasses in white with bling bindi

What is that in the bridge? Bling bindi?

Found this picture of Louis Vuitton sunglasses by André-Batista and am intrigued by the bridge detail, although I can't quite make it out.

Also, I like the 1980s flattened front with what appears to be an all-in-one visor lens.
